If I could give more stars I would. They really took care and helped my son who has slight learning disabilities. He has had hearing aids since he was 4 and now that he is 23 he no longer gets help from the state. So we decided to look around at different places to go. So glad we picked advanced tech hearing. They helped him to get the best hearing aids and the best deals. He was so excited to go from just normal hearing aids to high tech ones. I always feel like he needs a family member with him doing stuff like this as some people take advantage of learning disabled kids. I can tell you I am 100 percent comfortable letting him go on his own. They took there time with him, explained things to him and helped him pick the perfect hearing aid for him. When he could not get Bluetooth to work with his phone they help him through that at his one week follow up to make sure things were right. And when he was not sure about choosing the in ear hearing aids cause he thought they would just fall out, they assured him they would not fall out and they would keep fixing them till they got the right fit. I am sure we will continue working with advanced tech hearing for as long as we can. They helped to make his life a little easier. They were very generous and helpful in many ways. I would recommend them to anyone. My son is so much happier.
